Shane has been working in Human Resources for the last 20 years.  He has worked in multiple industries including technology, manufacturing, and transportation.  For the last seven years he has been with St. Cloud Area School District where he currently serves as the Director of Human Resources. Shane is passionate about creating and sustaining a culture of high performers and offering high support to all staff members regardless of where they are in their career arc.
