Let's end youth hunger and help ensure kids in the greater Mankato area ask, "What's for lunch?" instead of "Is there lunch?" Join MSNA on April 9th for a packing session serving Feeding Our Communities Partner (FOCP). FOCP can accommodate up to 50 volunteers, a session lasting 45-60 minutes from start to finish, including a tour of the facility and the packing event. Join us afterward for happy hour at Pub 500.

50 spots area available and are on a first-come, first-served basis. This event is limited to members only.

About FOCP

Feeding Our Communities Partners mobilizes volunteers and resources to provide supplemental food assistance to food insecure children who might otherwise go hungry. Every day hundreds of students in the greater Mankato region rely on their school for breakfast and lunch. But what happens when school is not in session? We do!

FOCP offers five feeding programs to provide healthy food options to food-insecure youth (K-12) on weekends and school breaks. Each of our services is tailored to the direct need and circumstance. Our food packs contain child-friendly, single-serving, non-perishable items for breakfast, lunch, and a snack each day of the weekend or extended school break. Since our first day in 2010, our food service programs have served our communities' youth with over 2.75 million meals that would otherwise be missed. We now operate in over 30 schools across six school districts.
